Law firm JR Levins has appointed experienced property specialist Natalie Reason to lead the growth of its conveyancing services across Runcorn, Widnes and Warrington.
Natalie brings more than 20 years of experience across the property industry, including over 12 years working in estate agency and conveyancing roles. During the last decade alone, she has overseen more than 5,000 house sales and purchases.
Her appointment represents a major coup for JR Levins as the firm builds on the success of its established conveyancing division, which already supports home movers across Huyton, Runcorn, Widnes and the surrounding areas.
Natalie’s career gives her a rare understanding of both sides of the house-moving process. She spent nine years working in estate agency, progressing from sales negotiator to branch manager, before returning to the legal sector and developing her career in residential conveyancing.
Most recently, she served as Head of Conveyancing at MJV Solicitors near Blackpool, where she played a central role in building and growing the firm’s conveyancing department.
Natalie has developed a strong reputation among clients, estate agents and other property professionals for delivering clear communication and an exceptional customer experience throughout what can be a stressful and uncertain process.
