For export documentation our hours are:

- Express/E-Cert Service – Processed daily (Mon-Fri) between 8.30 am and 3.30pm providing same day response/turnaround
- Documents requiring a wet stamp - Standard C of O's and EUR1s – Processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays only before 2.30pm
- Telephone help and email advice available during office hours Monday to Friday using certificates@haltonchamber.co.uk and Tel: 0333 358 3480

Christmas Opening Hours

The Chamber will be closing at 12:30pm on Christmas Eve and will re-open for business on Thursday 2nd January from 9am.

Standard applications will be processed and posted daily from the 16th to 20th December, unless otherwise specified. Due to the postal service, Standard applications will need to be collected on the 23rd and morning of the 24th December if you need these before Christmas. If you would like your documents to be sent by courier/taxi on the 23rd or 24th please let us know so arrangements can be made.

Please submit any Express documentation applications by 11:30am on Christmas Eve (24th December) to allow the Export Team sufficient time to process your documents before the Christmas break.

If you are looking to have any documents legalised or apostilled, we would advise you to complete these as soon as possible as it may be a longer process during the festive period.

Please Note: The Chamber will be closed from 2:30pm on Monday 25th November and from 2pm on Friday 20th December for training and team building. Please can you ensure any and all documents are submitted by 12:30pm on these days.
